You will receive confirmation once your order is packed and ready to ship. This will contain all essential info for tracking.
PGS will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We will also not take responsibility for packages damaged by carriers. As soon as the package leaves our facility, it is now your responsibility to track it and be there to receive it. We will also not take responsibility for duties or custom fees, as well as processing delays, transfers to your local cattier, mail strikes, etc.
Shopify will return packages to us that are not successfully delivered. Typically this is due to insufficient or incorrectly entered address info. If you notice your item has been returned to sender, please check the address you entered and call the carrier. Once the package is in our hands we will refund you the cost of the item. The original order will not be re-shipped. Please make a new order using the correct shipping info.
